National Development Fund
This investment option requires a successful applicant to make an investment of US$230,000.00 into a National Development Fund, which is a special fund established for the purpose of funding government sponsored projects and includes public-private partnerships and approved charitable investments. Charitable investments will come from the NDF and these will be granted to approved non-profit organisations which deliver services in health care, education, environmental management, youth development or the promotion of sport or culture in Antigua and Barbuda.
A successful applicant will be required to make contributions to this fund as highlighted below:

Real Estate Investment
There are various approved development areas and projects in Antigua and Barbuda within which the main applicant for Antigua and Barbuda citizenship may invest. Through this option, the main applicant may invest in the purchase of real estate valued at no less than US$300,000.00 into one of the approved real estate projects and to be held for a minimum period of 5 years. Two related applicants may invest in the purchase of the same real estate unit once each applicant invests a minimum of US$300,000.00. This option requires an investment of at least US$1.5 Million by the main applicant in an approved business in Antigua and Barbuda. It is possible for more than one person to make a joint investment in an approved business totalling at least US$5 Million where each person individually contributes at least US$400,000.00 to the joint investment.

Higher Education
This investment option is suitable for families of at least six (6) members who desire to apply for Citizenship by Investment though the required investment to the designated institution of higher education. The required contribution is US$260,000. This includes the Government processing fees. Where there are seven (7) or more family members on the application, Government Processing fees of US$10,000 will be charged for each additional family member from the seventh person onwards.

Notations
Due Diligence will be performed on each applicant who is 12 years and older. At the time of submission of the application to the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU), 10% of the Government’s Processing Fees are payable along with the full due diligence fees. These initial fees are non-refundable.
